BOSU/Disc

A great way to both work on strengthening the core muscles that wrap around your waist and support your spine and improve your balance and coordination is with a new workout tool called a BOSU which stands for "both sides up." On one side it is a half of a balance ball on the other side it is a flat surface.

This is a great tool that allows you to complete a variety of different workouts. Inflatable discs or foam pads are another type of workout tool to exercise your nervous system and improve your balance and coordination. This is a great way to reduce your risk of injury as you age. Many age-related injuries are due to falls because of poor balance and coordination.

Testimonials

Reviews By Our Satisfied Patients

  • "Dr. Hagan is a no-nonsense top notch chiropractor who really knows his stuff. He's the only chiropractor I've ever been to who hasn't tried to set me up on some sort of mandatory treatment schedule. I just call when I need an adjustment and he fixes me right up!"

  • "Dr. Hagan gives excellent adjustments and I always feel a lot better after leaving his office. Additionally, his staff are always friendly and helpful, and the office vibe is always so good. And having the adorable puppy Holly around doesn't hurt! Five stars."
